赵磊，笔名：诗婵郁秀，中国美术家协会会员、国家高级书画师、文化部艺术发展中心中国书画院书画师、英国皇家艺术研究院终身荣誉院士及客座教授、中国企业报道艺术资本理事会副主席、中国民族建筑研究会书画艺专委副主席、中英艺术形象大使、环球人物艺术网资深首席艺术顾问、中国国艺人民书画院副院长、翰墨千秋书画院艺术顾问、国家民族画院画家。

1946年生于江苏武进，在上海长大，定居北京几十年。毕业于中国美术学院附中和北京教育学院美术系本科。许多作品在国内外发表并被收藏，中央台等电视拍播赵磊个人专访，其传略被载入《当代世界名人传》等许多典籍。出版专集十余本：《赵磊丹青灿天光》《赵磊艺术人生五十年》等。

Born in Wujin, Jiangsu in 1946, she grew up in Shanghai and settled in Beijing for decades. She graduated from the middle school attached to The China Academy of Art and Art Department of Beijing Institute of education. 1994年中国美术馆举办个人画展，1992年——2010年于日本、韩国、新加坡、澳大利亚、法国、香港、泰国、马来西亚、欧洲等举办展览，2015年作品赴美国、加拿大参加展览。其作品分别于香港、北京和巴黎获得艺术大展特别金奖、银奖、金奖。从2014年开始两会期间连续多年被特邀向两会献礼,并被授予“书画界新闻人物”荣誉铜牌，在中国网、央视网、中国企业报道网等20多家媒体均有报道，得到社会各界一致赞誉。2016年特邀赴美国文化交流并于美国科罗拉多大峡谷写生，获中美文化交流大使和“小金人”奖。荣获“世界文化名人”荣誉称号。传略被载入《当代世界名人传》。2017-2018年受邀参加“一带一路和平之旅”世界十国巡回展，于2018年荣获“改革开放40周年突出贡献书画名家”，并获得“传承文化代表人物”和“新领军人物”荣誉称号。
